Nevada King Gold Corp., a mineral exploration company, has announced the mobilization of a diamond core drill to its Atlanta Gold Mine Project in Nevada. The drill will focus on six strategically placed holes for ongoing metallurgical testing and confirmation of previous drilling results. In addition to the diamond core drill, there are three reverse circulation rigs operating at the project site. The company has been drilling since June 2021, with a total of 346 reverse circulation holes and 17 core holes drilled to date. Assay results from 234 drill holes have been reported, with results pending for 129 holes. The existing resource model at Atlanta is based on historic drill holes and does not include the Phase I and Phase II drilling completed by Nevada King. The company also announced the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders, where all resolutions were approved. Nevada King is the third largest mineral claim holder in Nevada and currently has multiple projects in its portfolio in addition to the Atlanta Mine.
