In April, the top airlines and airports worldwide demonstrated considerable improvement in their On-Time Performance (OTP). The Asia Pacific (APAC) region recorded the largest OTP increases. Meanwhile, Aeromexico, from the Latin America region, topped the global list with an OTP of 88.83%, while its main hub, the Benito Juarez International Airport in Mexico, secured the fifth place in the global airports category with 86.54%. Japan Airlines (JAL) made a significant improvement, coming in second with an OTP of 88.17%, a nearly 10-point increase compared to the previous month. Its main hub, the Haneda Airport in Tokyo, ranked second among airports worldwide with an OTP of 87.85%. ANA followed in third place.
