Air France-KLM has signed an agreement with Accelya to use its FLX Merchandise tool to develop new offers and bundles distributed both through direct and New Distribution Capability channels.
With FLX Merchandise—part of Farelogix, which Accelya acquired last year—Air France and KLM plan to deploy dynamic fares for seat options, meaning the prices change in real time based on demand. The carriers also will be developing new bundles, such as combining a preferred seat with a flight ticket, which they will be testing through direct and NDC channels in the coming weeks.
