AirAsia has launched thrice weekly flights
between Kota Kinabalu (BKI) and Singapore (SIN).
The launch marks the resumption of international
flights into Sabah after a hiatus of two years, with more international
services to and from
Kota Kinabalu expected to take off in the near future.
Apart from Singapore, AirAsia has also
recently resumed flights to Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, India,
Indonesia, Laos, Maldives, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand and
Vietnam from Kuala Lumpur.
