Sabre’s Retail Intelligence suite, created in collaboration with Google, helps airlines to optimise the pricing and packaging of their services thus increasing revenue. The suite enables airlines to sell more personalised products customised to fit individual traveller’s needs. This information was provided by Mike Reyes, Sabre’s Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product Management for the Airline Platform in an interview with TDM. The focus of the conversation was on SabreMosaic, Air Price IQ and other current and upcoming trends in the aviation industry. Mike elaborated on how the industry’s modern retailing, which is being led by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), is focused on understanding and addressing customer needs.
