More business organizations are stepping forward to raise alarm over Guam’s stagnating tourism industry and its negative impacts on the wider economy.
The board members of the Guam Travel and Tourism Association, or GTTA, said in a news release Friday that they “unanimously agree” with Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero and Guam Economic Development Authority Board Chairman David John’s recent observations that Guam’s tourism industry “warrants high level cooperation between the government and the business community.”
