Global leisure platform Yanolja has secured a minority stake in the tour.
According to the investment banking (IB) industry on the 12th, Yanolja has reportedly secured 4.5% of all-tour stocks through on-site purchases since last year. Modotour is a partner that has supplied package products to Yanolja, and Yanolja’s acquisition of the stake is known to strengthen the bond between the two companies. An official from Yanolja said, “There is nothing we can say at this time.”
Yanolja is accelerating its overseas travel market by strengthening cooperation with Modu Tour. Yanolja and Interpark Triples announced that they would cooperate with Modu Tour to target the overseas travel market. On the 11th, the three companies held a business agreement ceremony for strategic business partnership at the Interpark Triple office building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
In the future, Yanolja Platform plans to develop new products differentiated from Modu Tour to cope with the rapidly increasing demand for overseas travel. Interpark Triples has decided to share package tour products with Modoo Tour and focus on taking the lead in overseas travel.
CEO Bae Bo-chan of Yanolja said, “This collaboration has secured the driving force to strengthen overseas travel competitiveness. Combining Yanolja platform customer-friendly service with partner infrastructure will significantly improve the customer experience.”
