Yanolja F&B Solution announced on the 25th that it will supply ‘ya Order’ to Ulsan HD for the first time among Korean professional football clubs.
As a result, visitors to the game can conveniently order food and beverage stores in the “Big Crown” of Munsu Football Stadium through Ulsan HD’s official KakaoTalk channel and QR code, allowing them to enjoy a variety of food and beverages without missing the game.
“ya Order” is a mobile ordering solution developed by Yanolja F&B Solution that provides functions such as ordering, reservation, payment, pickup, and inventory management through QR codes or NFC tags installed at the site without installing a separate app. The advantage of “ya Order” is that it maximizes the convenience of customers and businesses by eliminating unnecessary app installation and hardware introduction hurdles.
Ulsan HD plans to capture two rabbits into a complex cultural space along with the digitalization of soccer clubs through the introduction of the ‘ya Order’. By reducing the time devoted to purchasing food and beverages at the existing stadium, customers’ inconvenience can be minimized and the waiting time can be converted into various event experiences in the stadium, providing positive experiences in the stadium.
“There are various ordering channels in the market, but few solutions can be flexibly changed and applied to field conditions like Ya Order,” said Kim Jung-seop, CEO of Yanolja F&B Solution. “We will focus more on the distribution of Ulsan HD to various sports fields such as soccer, baseball, and basketball.”
