Trinidad and Tobago continues to be a coveted destination despite travel warnings from both the Canadian government and the US Department of State. In the first half of 2024, Trinidad saw a hefty spike in visitors at 5.7 million, a 14% increase compared to the year prior.

Despite the increase, the likes of Air Canada have avoided travel to Trinidad in recent years, but that is finally set to change in May, with several flights announced.
