Out of 48 times, when home-cooked food was sent for Kejriwal, mango was sent only three times, says his lawyer
“We filed an application in the (Rouse Avenue) Court this morning, urging for a video conferencing (of Arvind Kejriwal) with Dr Ravichandra Rao for 15-minute consultation regarding his fluctuating blood sugar. A report was sought from the jail and ED opposed our plea. In contrast with the media reports, out of 48 times, when home-cooked food was sent for Arvind Kejriwal, mango was sent only three times, and that too we don’t know whether he ate it or not. ED was not meant to oppose this plea since this is an issue between the jail and undertrial. The ED sought time to file its reply. The court has asked the ED to file its reply by tomorrow, and on Monday, it will issue the order,” said advocate Ramesh Gupta.
