Synopsis
Two years since IndiGo’s crew members reported sick to attend an Air India interview, leading to a delay in flights, the tables seem to have turned. More than 100 employees of Air India’s subsidiary, Air India Express, called in sick in April to protest several issues including poor working conditions. The episode could tarnish Tata Group’s image of being an employee-friendly organisation.
