The two Cambodian hubs of Sihanouk International Airport and Phnom Penh International Airport, have welcomed the inaugural flight of AirAsia Cambodia.
A statement from Cambodia Airports, which operates the two airports read: “AirAsia Cambodia took to the skies today [Friday 3 May] for their inaugural flight, departing Phnom Penh International Airport early in the morning. Upon landing at Sihanoukville International Airport, the airlien and passengers were met with a warm welcome by the airport’s management team, featuring a traditional Khmer Chai Yam dance performance.”
