AirAsia MOVE, formerly known as the AirAsia super app,
is partnering with HTS – Hopper Technology Solutions – to offer a “cancel for
any reason” ancillary for its travelers.
The new option will launch later this year for
customers who book non-refundable fares on the AirAsia MOVE app and at
airasia.com.
HTS is the B2B division of Hopper that was formerly
known as Hopper Cloud. HTS enables its partners, including Capital One Travel,
Air Canada and Uber UK, to offer a variety of products such as white-label
travel portals, fintech ancillaries, virtual interlining and more.
