AirAsia celebrates the resumption of services between Penang, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu this week, highlighting the airline’s strong commitment to the East Malaysia market.
The inaugural flight, AK5432, arrived in Kuching from Penang on Sunday, 31 March. With an impressive load factor exceeding 80%, it suggested a promising future for these routes.
A celebratory water salute greeted the aircraft upon arrival, further amplifying the festive atmosphere.
