Emirates joins ‘Move to -15C’ coalition

Emirates has become the first airline to join the Move to -15°C coalition, an initiative launched at COP28 in the UAE.

The coalition seeks to lower frozen food storage temperatures by three degrees to reduce energy use without compromising food safety or quality.

Drawing on its expertise in perishable cargo, Emirates SkyCargo will contribute to research, operational improvements, and policy advocacy.
