Lift and Airlink have laid a complaint against FlySafair over a licence dispute.
They claim the low-cost airline contravenes domestic ownership rules, as it does not have 75% South African ownership.

FlySafair, who was found to have contravened this rule a decade ago, resolved the issue by creating a local trust to hold foreign offshore holdings, and it could easily be done again.
