IAG’s LEVEL Is Seeing Steady Growth in Barcelona

LEVEL, which is part of the International Airlines Group (IAG) umbrella, is seeing steady growth for the Summer 2024 season out of Barcelona.

The Spanish carrier, as per data from AeroRoutes.com, is making steady increases to it’s transatlantic flights.

Without further ado, let’s get into it…

Increases to Flights by LEVEL in Barcelona…

LEVEL is making some increases in flights out of Barcelona, as per filings reported by the route development website.

Services to Boston will increase from four weekly to five weekly from April 18, then onto daily from June 1-September 24.

Flights to Buenos Aires Ezeiza will increase from five weekly to six weekly from June 1.

Furthermore, flights to Los Angeles will increase from four to six weekly from April 15, and then seven weekly from June 4-September 24.

Finally, Miami services from Barcelona will launch as a new route on March 31 on a thrice-weekly basis.

This will then upgrade to four weekly from June 1-September 28.

More Benefits for Iberia With This?

As well as this being good news for LEVEL of IAG, it is also good news for Iberia as well for operations in Barcelona.

Why?

With LEVEL not having it’s own air operator’s certificate, the flights are operated under the Iberia IB code.

If the frequency upgrades and new route to Miami goes well, then this is going to set up a significant foundation in Barcelona.

Overall…

Overall, LEVEL’s growth plans for Summer 2024 from Barcelona does look promising.

For an airline with around five aircraft in the fleet, this is turning into a very strong operation.

All eyes will be on how the new flights perform in the Summer 2024 season.
