The suspicious death of an air hostess in Bengaluru has taken a new turn as police reveal that her boyfriend pushed her off a building after she warned him of legal action for not marrying her. The couple met on a dating app and the victim, Archana, had been pushing her boyfriend, Adesh, to marry her for three months. The deceased air hostess had tough talks with him on marriage and told him about her family looking for alliances. The accused was enraged and allegedly pushed her off his apartment, killing her. Police said that after killing her, the accused had called the victim’s father and maintained that his daughter fell from the building in an inebriated state. He had also called the police to inform them about the incident. The police have arrested the accused after a complaint by the parents of the deceased. The incident occurred on 11 March in the Renuka Residency in Koramangala locality. The victim, 28-year-old Archana, hailed from Himachal Pradesh and worked for a reputed airline. The accused, Adesh, is from Kerala and works in Bengaluru.
