NEW YORK- JetBlue Airways (B6) and Spirit Airlines (NK) are planning to resume flights to Cap-Haïtien Hugo Chavez International Airport (CAP), according to Fritz Alphonse Jean, president of Haiti’s Transitional Presidential Council (CPT).
