The event is a full-day conference taking place on Monday 18 October at The Biltmore Mayfair in central London.

Looking at how to market to a changing audience post-Covid using data and human insight will be Mirjam Peternek-McCartney, founder and CEO of Lemongrass Marketing, as she sets out a practical guide to approaching marketing and audience insights in a digital age.
Greg Fruchtenicht, director of partnerships for Saira Hospitality, will also speak at the event. A non-profit organisation, Saira partners with hotels to create expert-led hospitality schools around the world, providing local communities with the knowledge and skills they need to build a lasting career in the industry. The company is also looking to launch its inaugural permanent school in London in spring 2022.
Also joining the line-up is Nico Nicholas, who has launched a carbon offset technology platform Trees4Travel during the pandemic to help ease the process for travel companies and their clients to effectively offset their trips.
“As part of an ongoing partnership with Trees4Travel, we are also thrilled to give delegates the chance to have a tree planted in their name as a thank you for attending the event and to aid in offsetting any travel made to get to the event,” said April Hutchinson, editor of TTG Luxury. “This initiative, in addition to the many other great speakers we have announced today and our line-up now of 20 speakers in 12 sessions, shows how committed we are to making this a day that really counts for our delegates.”
