Scoot is world’s best long-haul budget airline in 2024, Qatar Airways named best airline

Budget carrier Scoot, owned by Singapore Airlines, was named the world’s best long-haul low-cost airline in 2024 at Skytrax’s World Airline Awards on Monday (Jun 24). This is the fourth consecutive year that the budget airline has taken top spot. Malaysian carrier AirAsia, meanwhile, was named best low-cost carrier for the 15th time.
