Riyadh Air and Singapore Airlines (SIA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a new partnership between the two airlines. The agreement was signed by Riyadh Air Chief Executive Officer Tony Douglas and Singapore Airlines CEO Goh Choon Phong.
