AMRITSAR: The FlyAmritsar Initiative, a global advocacy campaign for direct flights and development of Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport Amritsar, has welcomed Thai Lion Air’s decision to launch direct flights between the holy city of Amritsar and Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport (DMK). Starting from October 28, 2024 this eagerly anticipated route will connect the holy city of Amritsar with Thailand, known as the “Land of Smiles.”
