With the security situation in Israel unclear, United Airlines and Air Canada have suspended service and evacuated crews from Tel Aviv.

Last month, United Airlines resumed nonstop service from Newark (EWR) to Tel Aviv (TLV), becoming the first US carrier to do so. The service initially made a technical stop in Munich (MUC) to avoid crew overnights in Tel Aviv, but until last weekend, crew overnights had resumed.
Meanwhile, Air Canada just resumed serving Tel Aviv from its Toronto Pearson (YYZ) hub on April 8, the second North American carrier to resume service.
But after Iran launched a missile and drone attack against Israel, United and Air Canada have again suspended service. Furthermore, Air Canada and United have evacuated their crews from Israel on a special charter flight to Munich.
