Air India and Vistara Airlines on Saturday decided to avoid flights to fly through the Iranian Airspace due to safety concerns. The move by Indian airlines comes in the aftermath of several European Carriers including Lufthansa, and Austrian Airlines suspending their flights to Iran. Iran earlier warned of a deadly airstrike on Israel as tensions rose in the Red Sea region after the killing of one of its Revolutionary Guards’ senior military officials.
