(Alliance News) – Ryanair Holdings PLC and Wizz Air Holdings PLC on Thursday posted traffic growth for February, as the travel sector continues its post-Covid-19 bounce.
Dublin-based Ryanair said passengers numbers in February grew 22% to 10.6 million from 8.7 million a year earlier.
Its load factor improved to 92% from 86%.
The low-cost airline noted February 2022’s outcome was hurt by Omicron travel curbs and the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
