Uniglobe expands globally with ITP Network acquisition

TMC network Uniglobe has expanded its operations by acquiring the contracts of members of UK-based ITP (International Travel Partnership) Network.

Vancouver-based Uniglobe said that the deal with ITP, which has members across Europe and other regions, adds travel management companies “in a number of key markets”. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

Uniglobe was ranked as the seventh largest TMC network in Europe in 2024, with ITP in eighth position.

“The ITP members that are now part of Uniglobe Travel will benefit from expanded technology and supplier offerings, a much larger global network of partner agencies and more robust support from the Uniglobe Travel head office in Vancouver and regional office in London,” said…
