Budget carrier Wizz Air has announced changes to its Discount Club, adding benefits such as enhanced customer care services and personalised offers, while also increasing membership costs.
The move is part of the Hungary-based airline’s £12 billion “transformation” plan, announced earlier this month, and is a direct result of customer feedback and “ongoing dialogue with passengers”.
In addition to fare discounts, members of the WIZZ Discount Club (WDC) will now have access to promotional offers and “enhanced” partner benefits, “exclusive” offers to mark anniversaries and birthdays, and will also be given “priority” in customer care queues, according to the airline.
