This strategic move supports the airline’s ambitious international growth plans, which include new routes to the US, Germany, India, Italy, and the Philippines, with further expansion across Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia.
Meanwhile, Singapore Airlines (SIA) is embracing artificial intelligence (AI) technology through a partnership with Salesforce to enhance its customer service capabilities. By integrating AI-powered tools, SIA aims to improve response times and provide personalized, data-driven customer support.
According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), airline digital transformation is key to achieving operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
