Flag Day commemorates the country’s adoption of the American flag on June 14th, 1777. Yesterday, one family happened to honor Flag Day by replacing a worn American flag.
Vonnie Moody, owner of the Haven Airbnb, checked her phone Wednesday morning to find that the guests staying at the Second Avenue North home had sent her a message letting her know they had replaced the house’s American flag that sits in the front yard.
