With the platform allowing guests to explore the property’s offerings, order in-room dining and book spa appointments, the new tablets have double the processing power and larger screens, and the platform integrates the INTELITY GEMS Guest Experience Management System to streamline staff operations. They can field maintenance requests, automate and track digital dining requests, update digital compendiums and menus, and much more. Westlake Village Inn Director of Sales, Marketing & PR Maria Solorzano said the biggest enhancement was support for other languages.
