According to a JLL report, the 25hours Hotel The Oddbird opened in November 2024, adding a total of 345 keys to the existing Jakarta market, split between the hotel and serviced apartments.
This new completion brings the total supply to more than 64,400 rooms at end-2024, including serviced apartments.
