A 64-room boutique hotel in the heart of Charleston‘s Historic District that changed hands on St. Patrick’s Day fetched roughly $1.1 million in greenbacks on a per-key basis.
Jackson, Wyo.-based Crystal Creek Capital paid $75 million for the Planters Inn property, according to the deed, which was recorded after the deal was announced March 17.
The property is at 112 N. Market St., at the northeast corner of Market Street. The new owner said it’s planning an extensive renovation for the high-end historic lodging.
