Spotnana has announced a direct integration with British Airways, enabling customers and partners to access the airline’s full New Distribution Capability (NDC) content along with enhanced servicing features. A key highlight is Spotnana’s fully automated, self-service disruption management, which allows travellers to cancel or rebook flights with a single click in case of delays or cancellations.
