SEATTLE — A new civil lawsuit seeks people who may have been victimized by hidden cameras in bathrooms inside Expedia’s sprawling Seattle campus.
Seattle-based law firm Pfau Cochran Vertetis Amala (PCVA) filed a lawsuit, not against Expedia but the Securitas Security Services (SSS), accusing them of recklessly mishandling a security threat that had been reported to them.
This is a disturbing case in which police have photo evidence from hidden cameras in gender-neutral bathrooms showing bathroom usage, exposed genitalia, and more.
“We’re talking about sexual exploitation. We’re talking about victimization,” attorney Vincent Nappo with PCVA told KOMO News. He said the cameras were found in more than a half dozen single-room, gender-neutral bathrooms on The Expedia Group’s campus in Seattle in January.
