MakeMyTrip is targetting to make a behavioural change in the way India books hotels with the launch of ‘Book With Zero Payment’ feature, which allows the traveller to block a room in hotels or homestays without any payment. The platform is indexing on convenience and flexibility to make the entire hotel booking process tension free so that even first-time users feel comfortable transacting online. Book With Zero Payment solves for any anxiety related to uncertain travel plans as users do not need to pay at the time of booking but much closer to the check-in date.
