MakeMyTrip Launches Multi-Currency Payment Feature for International Travelers

MakeMyTrip launched a new feature on its platform to make foreign tourists’ journeys in India a bit more feasible and accessible. In its brand new multi-currency payment option, the international traveler can now book hotels and flights in their currency.
The online travel company said in a press release on Monday about its compliance with GDPR, enabling accessibility to the MakeMyTrip Platform from more than 150 countries.
Expanding on this achievement, the company now provides various currency choices for payments, simplifying the process of booking flights and hotels in the preferred currency for users. Introducing the multi-currency feature will enable global travelers to access the company’s vast supply network, providing lodging options in more than 2,100 cities throughout India.
