A cafe owner has gone viral on TikTok for his brutal reply to a bad Tripadvisor review.
Dan Smith, owner of Roasters in Paisley, was shocked after one disgruntled customer, who he branded “a mad moron”, took their negative review online.
In the establishment’s only negative Tripadvisor review, the punter slammed them for “cheap” coffee and meat as well as accusing them of watering down their cocktails.
