TripAdvisor has named the best hotel in the UK and it will surprise you

TripAdvisor has announced the winners of its much-anticipated Travellers’ Choice ‘Best of the Best’ Hotel Awards for the 20th year and the results will surprise you.

For Britain’s best hotel, it wasn’t the likes of Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, The Savoy, Cliveden or any of the best-known hotels for five-star luxury and service, but an unassuming four-star hotel in London’s Covent Garden.

The Resident Covent Garden is the “hidden gem” hotel that has been crowned the best in the UK for 2022, taking the prestigious top spot from the boutique Hari in London’s Knightsbridge.
