AI-based SaaS solutions firm Yanolja Cloud announced the acquisition of Go Global Travel (GGT), an Israel based B2B travel tech company.
GGT distributes its inventory of more than one million hotels and other travel products to over 20,000 client partners.
Founded in 2000, GGT is a global travel tech company that distributes hotel and resort rooms, airline tickets, and car rentals.
GGT’s market is primarily in North America and Europe through over 50,000 direct contracts, and over 10,000 sales channels.
The acquisition from AMI Opportunities Fund boosts Yanolja Cloud’s distribution capabilities.
It is expected to create benefits for new and existing Yanolja Cloud and GGT customers, including global reach for businesses, and more choice for travellers.
GGT partner properties and other travel-related services will be made available through Yanolja’s B2C platform businesses Yanolja and Interpark.
Yanolja Cloud also aims to distribute its Asian inventory through GGT platform channels and online and offline travel agencies worldwide.
