Cambodia has set aside $118m to host the Southeast Asian (SEA) Games and ASEAN Para Games. The events are estimated to attract around 500,000 visitors and will be free for all, including food and accommodation for foreign athletes, coaches and delegates. The 32nd SEA Games will take place over 13 days in May, whereas the 12th ASEAN Para Games will happen from 3 to 9 June. Over 11,000 athletes and sporting delegates from 11 Southeast Asian nations are expected to participate in the 37-sport competition, which is taking place in Cambodia for the first time in more than six decades.
