China Tourism Group Duty Free Schedules 2025 EGM

China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited has announced the scheduling of its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2025.

The meeting will be held on Monday, 3 February 2025. The venue for the EGM is Conference Room 3, 46/F, Tower A, Beijing Fortune Plaza, located at No. 7 Dongsanhuan Zhonglu, Chaoyang District, Beijing, PRC.

Agenda for the Meeting

The primary purpose of the EGM is to consider and approve several ordinary resolutions concerning the re-election of members to the company’s Board of Directors.

Shareholders will vote on the proposed re-election of three directors for the fourth session of the Board. The proposals are for Mr. Chang Zhujun as a non-executive Director, Mr. You Honghui as a non-executive Director, and Mr. Wang Xuan as an independent non-executive Director.

The official notice was issued by the order of the Board of Directors and signed by the company’s Chairman, Peng Hui, on June 14, 2024.
