NEW DELHI: Indians are travelling — and spending — like never before with a 25% increase in number of people taking over three trips in a year last year over pre-Covid 2019. With the pandemic-time uncertainty waning, international bookings are once again being made well in advance instead of the just before travel seen during the tumultuous 2020 & 21. While a third of all international bookings are made more than a month in advance — with Kolkata travellers booking their flights for travel within and outside India over three months in advance. MakeMyTrip based on the travel reaches of its over 10 crore active users.
