Nepal has been given a unique position for tourism by the World Tourism Network, who have announced a new partnership with the Himalaya Travel Mart from June 9 to June 2023. The Himolaya Travel Mart is Nepal’s biggest international travel and tourism festival, and connects travel and tourism businesses and organizations, as well as individuals, offering significant networking and business opportunities, as well as valuable industry insights. The partnership will allow the two organizations to work together to showcase Nepal’s tourism offerings and help boost the country’s tourism industry. The World Tourism Network has been rebuilding its network for the past three years and brings together small and medium-sized businesses from 130 countries worldwide. Tourism officials from Nepal welcomed the partnership and said it would help to create new opportunities for the country’s tourism industry. The World Tourism Network’s President, Jürgen Steinmetz, said Nepal will be given a special place in the organization’s global network and expressed his excitement at the partnership, saying it would help bring a wider audience to the Himolaya Travel Mart. The World Tourism Network will also be offering a reduced registration fee to members who sign up for the event.
