SHAHRISABZ, Uzbekistan: The Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) convened its summit, where Pakistan’s proposals for enhancing airline connectivity and visa relaxation were unanimously adopted. Pakistan’s suggestions also included the involvement of the World Bank and Asian Development Bank in coordinating the ECO Tourism Advisory Committee. In Shahrisabz, the ECO Commission convened, with Uzbekistan presiding as the summit’s chair at Pakistan’s behest.
