Intrepid Travel has introduced a 10-day trek through Northern Pakistan’s Karakoram Mountain Range and Nangma Valley, making it one of only a handful of travel companies to operate in this remote part of the country. The trip will feature a fully-supported team of porters, guides and chefs to offer hikers the opportunity to enjoy traditional Pakistani meals and sleep under the stars. Intrepid Travel has also launched over 80 new experiences for travellers in 2023, including trips to Comoros, Vanuatu and Timor-Leste, activities supporting Indigenous communities and female-run businesses, and ethical wildlife adventures. Earlier this year, the company launched a 15-day Pakistan Expedition and a 12-day Pakistan Women’s Expedition to increase community-based tourism in the country and help dispel misconceptions.
