Dubai Municipality has revealed plans to introduce nighttime swimming with special lighting and lifeguards at select beaches in Umm Suqeim and Jumeirah. The announcement was made by Bader Anwahi, CEO of the Public Facilities Agency at the Dubai Municipality, who also named his top five hidden tourist spots in Dubai. The list featured the Dubai Frame, the Dubai Safari Park, pond parks, Umm Suqeim beach, and Mushrif Park trails. The Dubai Frame offers an uninterrupted view of the city and its galleries provide a glimpse into the past and future of Dubai. The Dubai Safari Park is home to around 3,000 animals, and visitors can experience giraffe and rhino feeding and bird shows. Dubai’s pond parks have little markets, walkways, and fountains, while Umm Suqeim beach offers water sports, public libraries, and Instagrammable spots. Mushrif Park is popular with nature lovers and offers cycling tracks suitable for professionals and hobbyists.
