PKF hospitality group hosted an event in Riyadh highlighting the significant number of projects underway in Saudi Arabia as part of the country’s Vision 2030 programme. The $800bn plan involves development in the education, health infrastructure and tourism sectors. Current projects include the NEOM and Red Sea schemes, both of which will be build sustainably and may offer ski resorts and a tech city. Despite some doubters, some 196 projects have already started construction. PKF hospitality group provides consulting services in the hotel, tourism and leisure sectors. Christian Walter, Global CEO of PKF, said Saudi Arabia is currently the most promising market for hospitality and tourism.
