Eleven members of the same family from Blackpool have reportedly been injured in a horror crash between two tourist minibuses in Turkey.
The incident happened in the Manavgat district of Antalya on Thursday (May 2) and local reports say passengers were thrown from the open-top tour vehicle upon impact. One member of the family – a 53-year-old man – is in a life-threatening condition.
Witnesses one of the semi-open vehicles smashed into the back of the other bus. It is believed it then swerved off the road and overturned – causing passengers to be thrown from the vehicle.

Several victims were given first aid at the scene, before being taken to nearby hospitals, it is understood. Images of the aftermath show injured people lying on the floor and being treated, while others were seen sitting with blankets around their shoulders.
