Ryanair passengers have been reminded to print their boarding passes when visiting three popular holiday destinations abroad. Most countries allow travellers to scan their tickets on their mobile phones, however the rules are different in certain airports.
In some countries, digital boarding passes are not accepted and holidaymakers will need to print out a paper copy before their journey. Airports across the UK accept digital passes, so passengers won’t need to print their tickets for their outgoing flight, however they may need a hard copy for their return trip.
Ryanair issued a reminder to customers on its website, saying: “We accept mobile boarding passes on flights from the majority of airports on our network. However, unfortunately some airports cannot accept mobile boarding passes yet, these airports are Turkey and Morocco.”
